Refund policy

BuildTraction Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel it at any time through billing settings. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after Pro access has been provided. We will review requests involving a duplicate or incorrect charge, a payment made without authorization, or a material failure by BuildTraction to provide the paid service. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Growth Credits are purchased separately from Pro. If a payment succeeds but the purchased credits are not delivered, contact us so we can correct the balance or refund the charge.

We may approve a full refund for unused purchased credits. Credits that have already been spent, reserved for a bounty, used for a boost, or otherwise committed are generally not refundable. If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding unused credits are removed from the account.

Contact us as soon as possible through the support form or email rudhamoydebbarma@gmail.com. Include the account email, payment date, product purchased, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

We may ask for information needed to locate the transaction and verify that the requester controls the account. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval where no legal or policy entitlement to a refund exists.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on Dodo Payments, the payment network, and your bank or card issuer.

If you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment is wrong, contact us promptly so we can investigate. This does not limit your right to contact your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or a relevant consumer authority.

We may update this policy as BuildTraction, its payment options, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply subject to applicable law and do not remove rights that already arose from an earlier purchase.
